Guarantee and Warranty

Our aim is to ensure that our outstanding product and service represents excellent value for money.  As such, all our new timber windows and doors come with a 15 year guarantee.  We also offer a paint guarantee of up to 8 years, depending on the finish, provided that the windows are regularly maintained as per our maintenance guidelines.
